What are my cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations(previously the Distance Selling Regulations)?

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Regulations”), if you are ordering with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the time your order is despatched. After that you will have to wait to receive it and then send it back to us before we can issue you a refund. After despatch, postage costs cannot be refunded, however, return postage is free using our Reply Paid service.

You must take good care of the items while they are in your possession and they must be returned to us unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact. If we have to collect any items from you, you will be charged the cost of collection (currently $50).

If you have made a purchase through our Website or over the telephone and have paid for delivery but wish to return the full order by post or to a store you are entitled to a refund the product you are returning but not on any postage you have paid.

Please note, if you cancel all or part of an order paid for in cash whilst in store, we will refund you by cash only in the store. If you paid by gift card for the order whilst in store or online, we will refund back to the same gift card. See our gift card terms and conditions for more details about refunds.

If an order or layby is not collected after 4 months, we reserve the right to retain your payment to cover costs incurred by Storm in a D Cup.

In addition to your statutory rights, you are entitled to a refund or exchange for an item bought online or in store with a valid receipt or parcel summary document within 30 days of purchase or receipt, excluding sale items. Some items are excluded from the goodwill returns policy, but these are clearly marked non returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights. For a refund or exchange under our goodwill policy, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Due to hygene reasons, hosiery and all types of briefs are not returnable. Swimwear briefs can be returned for refund or exchange.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Regulations or other legislation.

This is not intended to be a full statement of your rights under the Regulations. Full details of your rights are available from a Citizen’s Advice Bureau or a Local Authority Trading Standards Office.
